FAQ

Good questions

First-timers
Am I fit enough?
Yes. Both classes suit all levels, and our coaches offer modifications whenever you need them — first-timers and regulars train together.
What do I wear and bring?
Fitted activewear you can move in, plus grip socks, a water bottle and a towel. Grip socks are available to buy here if you need a pair.
How early should I arrive?
Ten minutes before, to sign in and get set up. Late entry isn't permitted once the first lunge starts.
The workout
Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. TENSION:BASE is our 30-minute foundation class, built to introduce the method through guided coaching.
Will I be sore?
Probably — in the best way. Lagree makes you shake and sweat, and it gets easier with every class.
How often should I come?
Two to three times a week is a great place to start, but even once a week builds strength and control.
Booking & policies
How do I claim my free class?
Tap “Book your free class”, and book a TENSION:BASE session on Momence. No card required.
How do I book classes and memberships?
Class times, memberships and payments are all managed on Momence — see the Classes and Pricing pages.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 6 hours before class to avoid forfeiting the session. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee. Always check in at the front desk (or let your instructor know) so you're not marked absent.
Facilities & access
What are the facilities like?
There's a bathroom and space to change on site, plus storage baskets for your things.
How do I get there and park?
We're at 348 Pacific Highway, Crows Nest. Crows Nest Metro and St Leonards station are close by; there's limited street parking plus paid parking on Willoughby Road.
I've got an injury or I'm pregnant — can I still join?
Often, yes. Let us know before class and our coaches will offer modifications to keep you comfortable. If you're unsure, check with your GP first.
